Stan is a seasoned Lead HVAC Service and Install Technician with more than a decade of experience, including his early years training alongside Shaq at ARS. A dedicated family man and father of three, he brings reliability, discipline, and a work ethic that customers immediately trust.
He’s passionate about fitness, active in day trading and investing, and enjoys traveling when he gets the chance. Stan’s blend of technical skill and steady professionalism makes him a core pillar of the One Stop Express team.
Shaq is the founder and CEO of One Stop Express Heating & Air, bringing over 12 years of professional HVAC experience to the company. Trained by industry leaders including ARS and Coolray, he serves as both a Lead Install Technician and Lead Service Technician, known for his technical expertise, professionalism, and commitment to doing things the right way.
Outside the job, he enjoys basketball, volunteering at local shelters, watching movies, and building toward an even stronger future for the company. Raised by a strong single mother, Shaq leads with integrity, drive, and hands-on experience that sets the standard for the entire team.
Wilijah is a skilled HVAC Install Technician known for his energy, curiosity, and genuine people skills. He connects naturally with customers and brings a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn on every job.
He enjoys exploring new foods, riding his Ducati, and spending time with his dog. His passion for the trade and commitment to growth make him a valuable part of the One Stop Express Heating & Air family.
